Housekeeping Cleaner

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality or janitorial sectors, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. This role is essential in providing a welcoming environment for our guests and staff.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Assist with laundry duties as required, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
• Maintain an organised cleaning cart and ensure all supplies are replenished as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or inquiries regarding cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with janitorial practices and cleaning equipment is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
